Responsibilities
- Prepares and manages the county’s annual financial report.
- Setting the audit schedule and internal audit procedures
- Maintainance the Board of County Commissioners payroll and reconciliation of payroll with the State of Florida
- Payment and verification of invoices presented to the County for payment
- Reconciliation of all cash funds with financial institutions
- Maintenance of the general ledger system.
- Monitoring the acquisition and disposal of all assets to be in compliance with the Board approved fixed asset policy.
