We have maps available at the front kiosk that help you plan your walk according to your individual activity level. If you want a more challenging workout, try the Parcourse Fit Center where you can tone muscle groups or strengthen the entire body. Large graphic panels are provided to “coach” you on how to do individual exercises. For each exercise, there is a recommended “par” or number of repetitions for 3 different fitness levels.
You don’t have to pay big money for a gym membership. We have it all right here at Brewer Sports Complex.
