Title:   DeSoto County LAP Turner Avenue at Roan Street/Gibson Street Intersection Improvement Construction, Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services.  FP# 435014-1-68-01

Description:  The DeSoto County Board of County Commissioners utilizing Federal Funds  are seeking formal Proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals  to perform Construction, Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services for the intersection improvements on Turner Avenue at Roan Street/Gibson Street as indicated within the context of this Bid. Firm must be an F.D.O.T Pre-Qualified Firm under Work Type 10.1 & 10.3

Pre-Bid/Proposal Conference: September 25, 2018 @ 9:00 a.m.                       

Location: Administration Building, 201 E. Oak Street, 1st Floor Board Room 201 E. Oak St., Arcadia, FL 34266

Proposal Due Date:  October 9, 2018 @ 2:00 PM

Proposals must be submitted at the Purchasing office-201 E. Oak St., Suite 203, Arcadia, Fl. 34266. 

Proposals submitted after the indicated time will not be considered but returned unopened to sender.

DeSoto County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept all or any bid as deemed in the best interest of the County. 

Unless otherwise noted, Payment of goods or services as a result of this solicitation will be made in accordance with Florida Statute. 

All first time vendors must submit a W-9 Form with their response in order to be entered into the County’s billing system.
